  8.   Procomm Plus is a great communications program, but its dialing
  9.   directory management needs help!  PDE gives you the features that
  10.   Procomm Plus left out.
  11.  
  12.   With PDE you can easily edit, insert, delete, move, or sort entries,
  13.   or even create new dialing directories.  You can tag a block of
  14.   entries and then delete or move the whole block with a single
  15.   command.  You can sort the entire directory by name, phone number,
  16.   baud rate, date of last call, or total number of calls, and you can
  17.   choose between ascending order or descending order; or you can tag
  18.   a block of entries and sort just that block.

  20.   PDE looks and works just like Procomm Plus, so there is almost no
  21.   learning curve.  If you can navigate around a Procomm Plus dialing
  22.   directory then you can use PDE.  But just in case you you do need a
  23.   little extra help, PDE has context-sensitive help available from
  24.   every screen, and the help index lets you jump directly to any help
  25.   topic.  In addition, a comprehensive 20-page user guide is included
  26.   on disk, formatted and ready for printing.
